Zucchini Cake Fresh from my Garden

I finally made my Zuccini Cake using one big Zuccini I harvested from my garden.


The recipe I got says to squeeze the juice of zucchini but I forgot to do it. Funny but I turned out to taste better because it made my cake more moist.


Cinnamon Zucchini Cake Recipe

Bowl 1

  • 3 Eggs (beat)
  • 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1/2 Cup Applesauce 
  • 3/4 Cup Sugar
  • 3/4 Cup Brown Sugar ( I use only 1/2 cup)
  • 2 tsp vanilla

Bowl 2

  • 2 1/2 Cup Flour
  • 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon powder
  • 2 Cups Shredded Zuccini 

Mix the 2 bowls
And bake at 350*C for 30 to 45 mins
