Bucket of Squash Harvest

Hubby cleaned up our Vegetable Garden in preparation for cold season, so he got this much Bucket of Squash.

I still have a lot of cleaning to do on my backyard and just thinking about it makes me feel tired already. But that is the purpose of gardening, labour and see the fruit later.

I need to transfer some of my plants to have more room for my vegetables next year.

Garlic Bulbs for Planting

I have been waiting for the garlic bulbs to be available on store but they just don’t have it yet. And buying some garlic bulbs for planting online is ridiculously expensive. Then I found a seller who grow garlic on their own backyard for reasonable price. I drove just about 20 mins to  I pick 12 Garlic Bulbs for Planting.

I am so happy that my search for Garlic Bulbs for Planting is finally over. I can now grow garlic on my backyard. Although it’s still early to have Garlic Bulbs since I am planting it on my backyard sometime next month, I just want to make sure that I have the Garlic Bulbs because I seriously want to try growing Garlic on my own. And who knows, I might be able to sell it online someday.

Zucchini Cake Fresh from my Garden

I finally made my Zuccini Cake using one big Zuccini I harvested from my garden.

The recipe I got says to squeeze the juice of zucchini but I forgot to do it. Funny but I turned out to taste better because it made my cake more moist.

Cinnamon Zucchini Cake Recipe

Bowl 1

  • 3 Eggs (beat)
  • 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1/2 Cup Applesauce
  • 3/4 Cup Sugar
  • 3/4 Cup Brown Sugar ( I use only 1/2 cup)

  • 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon powder
  • 2 Cups Shredded Zuccini
