I gained so much weight since our company closed on 2015. At my age, I thought I shouldn’t care much about how I looked but for my health sake, think I should care about what I eat. So learning from my niece in San Francisco during our stay in her house, Quinoa can be a good and healthier alternative for rice.
I put 2 cups of water in 1 cup of quinoa with 1 tbsp of vegetable broth. Boil it until the water dried. It taste good.
So I prepare my snack and lunch for work tomorrow, and I promised myself to focus on eating healthy and hoping to loose a little weight.
Quinoa for lunch with tofu for desert and cantaloupe with orange for my snacks.
