Whole Wheat Naan For Breakfast

We are actually Filipino family but I simply love Naan and making one, made from Whole Wheat flour makes it more delicious and healthier. It's fills me up!!!
 
Ever since I started eating Whole Wheat Naan for breakfast and sometimes for lunch everyday, my vowel movement becomes normal. 

Whole Wheat is packed with nutrients, including protein, fiber, B vitamins, antioxidants, and trace minerals (iron, zinc, copper, and magnesium). It has been shown to reduce the risk of heart disease, type 2 diabetes, obesity, and some forms of cancer.

 
I just love having my Whole Wheat Naan for breakfast in my small kitchen, overlooking at my backyard. It is so relaxing !!!
