Preserving Ginger

I only use Ginger once in a while on my cooking but I always buy it in a pack since it's cheaper so I always end up throwing spoiled Ginger from my friend. A friend teach me how to preserve Ginger.


1. Peel (cut into cubes is optional)
 

2. Grind (Food Processor)
 
3. Flattened in a Ziploc
 
4. Put into freezer and simply crack a portion when needed 
 

Ginger is not really expensive but I don't like throwing food!!!
